Problems with your delivery
If the goods you have ordered arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know within 2 days of receiving your order.
If you do not receive everything you ordered, this may be because the item was out of stock. If this is the case, it will be forwarded to you as soon as we have it available. If we have made a rare mistake and forgotten to include something, please call us as soon as you receive your order and we will get it sent to you without delay, with no additional charge.
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is usually returned to us by the carrier. Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order.
Failed Delivery Attempt
If our carriers are unsuccessful on the first attempt they will leave a card and contact number for you to collect your goods or in some cases re-arrange delivery. If the parcel is not collected or delivered after a period the package will be returned to us.
